1. Who we are
Brain Teaser Club is a free website offering riddles, brain teasers, printable activities and games. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Brain Teaser Club.
2. Information you give us
You do not need an account to use the website. We do not ask for your email address, and we do not operate an email newsletter.
The current riddle form asks only for the riddle, answer and hint. It asks visitors not to include a name or other personal information. At present, information entered in that form is not transmitted to or stored by us; the form interaction takes place in your browser.
3. Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand general website use, such as which pages are popular. Depending on the visit, analytics data may include the page viewed, event time, referring website, filtered query parameters, approximate location, device type, operating system and browser.
Vercel states that its Web Analytics data is anonymous and used for aggregated statistics. It does not associate page views with a person or IP address. A temporary hash derived from the incoming request is used to distinguish visits, and the visitor session is discarded after 24 hours.
4. Cookies
Brain Teaser Club does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. Vercel Web Analytics works without third-party cookies. If we add a feature in the future that requires non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and provide any consent controls required by applicable law before using that feature.
5. Hosting and security information
The website is hosted by Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel may process limited technical request information needed to deliver the website, maintain security, prevent abuse and diagnose faults. Vercel acts as our service provider for hosting and analytics.
6. Children’s privacy
The website is designed to be useful to children, families and teachers, but we do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information. Children should not enter their full name, email address, school, home address, phone number or any other identifying detail anywhere on the website. Parents, carers and teachers should supervise younger children’s use of online services.
7. How information is used and shared
We use anonymous, aggregated analytics to operate, secure and improve Brain Teaser Club. We do not sell personal information. We do not use the website for targeted advertising. Limited information is shared with Vercel only as needed to provide hosting and analytics services, or where disclosure is required by law.
8. Your choices and rights
You can use browser privacy tools or content blockers to limit analytics requests. Depending on where you live, data protection laws may give you rights over personal information. Because we do not operate accounts or use analytics to identify individual visitors, we generally cannot connect analytics records to a particular person.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the website, our providers or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top will show when the latest version took effect.
