About medium halloween word search puzzles
What they are
Medium Halloween word searches let words creep diagonally as well as across and down. A VAMPIRE might swoop down towards the bottom right and a ZOMBIE might stagger up towards the top right, but every word still reads forwards and none overlap.
How to play
When you find a promising first letter, try the row, the column, and both forward slants before giving up on it. Since medium words never share letters, anything already circled can be ignored.
Tips
ZOMBIE and WIZARD contain rare letters that stand out on a diagonal. Look for MOON and BONES next; their rounded O shapes are surprisingly easy to follow along a slant. If a word refuses to appear, read the list again: CAULDRON and COSTUME are easy to mix up at a glance, and both start with C.
